What is the purpose of physical therapy?
Movement is medicine! Physical therapy can help improve mobility, reduce pain, prevent disability, and restore function through specialized exercises and techniques tailored to individual needs.

What should I expect for my first visit?
All of our patients are required to begin with a one-hour initial evaluation session. during this time, your therapist will conduct a comprehensive consultation to assess your current condition, discuss your goals, and determine the most effective treatment plan for your needs. this session allows us to create a personalized schedule and approach tailored to help you achieve optimal results.

Do you take insurance?
We do! We accept PIP auto injury, Medicare, Tricare, BCBS, & United Healthcare. However, we also offer cash pay as an alternative payment option, prices vary by each patient need. Please feel free to reach out for a personalized plan.

Can I request reimbursement for physical therapy from my insurance company for out of pocket expenses?
Yes! Depending on your insurance benefits, you may be eligible to submit claims for out-of-network therapy services. Your insurance provider will supply forms for you to complete, along with necessary receipts and treatment codes provided by Aspire Physical Therapy.
Your reimbursement rate will be determined by your insurance provider. Please contact them before your visit to Aspire Physical Therapy to verify out-of-network therapy coverage and any pre-authorization requirements.

Do I need Doctor approval for physical therapy services?
If going through insurance, you do not need a referral from your provider for your initial visit unless your insurance dictates otherwise. Most insurance companies require a referral or signed plan of care within the first 30 days of treatment.
If you are paying cash, you do not need a referral to see a physical therapist!
