Jessica Windsor

Doctor of Physical Therapy/Owner

Hi, I'm Jessica! I’m a proud Brevard County native with a true passion for helping people move better and feel better. My journey into physical therapy started back in my younger days, when I went through a series of injuries that taught me firsthand how frustrating it can be to deal with pain and limited mobility. That experience sparked my desire to help others bounce back from their own injuries and improve their quality of life.

After graduating from Florida State University (Go Noles!), I went on to earn my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Saint Francis University in 2019. Now, I get to do what I love every day.......helping people improve their movement, manage pain, and achieve their health goals. I take a fun, hands-on approach to physical therapy and tailor each treatment plan to fit the individual......because no two people are alike!

Outside of physical therapy, you’ll find me hanging out with my husky (who’s got more energy than I do!), scuba diving with friends, or doing anything that involves being near the ocean. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain, or just looking to feel better, I’m here to help you get back to doing the things you love—pain-free and with a smile. Let’s make it happen!

Andi Pepper

Physical Therapy Assistant/Owner

Hi, I’m Andi! I’ve been a Physical Therapy Assistant for nine years, but my journey in health and wellness goes back more than 25 years! As an Air Force spouse, I’ve had the unique experience of traveling all over the world, and three years ago, I retired to beautiful Satellite Beach, Florida, where I’m thrilled to be putting down roots.

My path into physical therapy was inspired by my daughter’s injury. Wanting to understand how I could help her recover sparked my interest in the field. That interest grew into a fulfilling career where I get to help others recover, stay active, and improve their quality of life. I take great pride in bringing my passion for healing and movement to my patients, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking, running, or exploring the outdoors. I love to travel and am always on the lookout for my next adventure, whether it’s a new trail to hike or a new destination to explore. Physical therapy is my way of giving back, and I’m honored to be part of the team helping patients achieve their health goals. Let’s work together to get you feeling your best!
