Do you take insurance?

We do! We accept PIP auto injury, Medicare, Tricare, BCBS, United Healthcare, and Aetna. However, we also offer cash pay as an alternative payment option. If you have other insurance coverage, we can provide you with the necessary treatment codes to submit claims for reimbursement directly to your insurance company. This allows you to potentially receive reimbursement for your physical therapy services. Please feel free to contact us for more details or assistance with insurance-related inquiries.
Can I request reimbursement for physical therapy from my insurance company for out of pocket expenses?

Yes! Depending on your insurance benefits, you may be eligible to submit claims for out-of-network therapy services. Your insurance provider will supply forms for you to complete, along with necessary receipts and treatment codes provided by Aspire Physical Therapy. Your reimbursement rate will be determined by your insurance provider. Please contact them before your visit to Aspire Physical Therapy to verify out-of-network therapy coverage and any pre-authorization requirements.
Do I need a doctors referral for Physical Therapy Services?

If going through insurance, You do not need a referral from your provider for your initial visit unless your insurance dictates otherwise. Most insurance companies require a referral or signed plan of care within the first 30 days of treatment. If you are paying cash, you do not need a referral to see a physical therapist!
